Certinia: I have struggled in the past five months since my line manager left. I have lacked guidance and a strategy, which has made it very difficult.
Certinia: A fantastic company who invest a lot into individuals. Really happy and proud to be apart of Certinia.

Certinia: Certinia have allowed me to progress my skill sets while learning to work in a new industry. The work/life balance is great, working remotely can be challenging at times above all I believe the compensation is not fair when reflecting against my peers in the business.

Certinia: The company is very good, but they have a problem not following the career path. The promotions are based on company needs instead of merits. So, if you are in a team that has a need, you will promote without meeting the career path.
Certinia: Certinia is place where personal and professional growth is encouraged and supported. There is space to challenge yourself but there are also people always willing to help out. It's a fantastic place to work, and I'm excited about the future.
Certinia: Certinia cares about the wellbeing of the employees, all my colleagues are amazing and the environment is relaxed and flexible. On the other side there are no opportunities to grow for senior people and the salary is below the average.

Certinia: Overall, the conditions are somewhat fair, but I just don't feel like my work and efforts are seen or appreciated. I am not given enough opportunities for career development. I appreciate the positive culture at the surface level and being able to ask questions. I volunteer for several initiatives.

Planet Fitness: I loved helping the older crowd in the morning and helping the younger crowd learn about muscle groups and splits in their training.....but what i loved the most was helping the most dedicated people in gym stay encouraged and watching them develope.....Ive been lifting for over 20 yrs
One Workplace: I enjoy it overall, but the compensation needs to be regularly increased or they will continue to lose people as they have moreso recently.
One Workplace: My new journey here has been great and I am proud to be part of the team. I do not know if there is room for advancement in the future but would love to know more. My manager is great at her job and love working with her.

Only complaint is that not enough training, due to overload on managers' work and time. Wish the training was more hands on.

AEVEX Aerospace: The leadership at the company is very toxic. They do not hold employees accountable for issues that other companies would fire someone for. Additionally, some of their leaders are very toxic and manage through fear and intimidation. I do not feel my contributions are valued or respected.

Overall, my experience is good because of my manager & peers. I don't always trust that our executive team is making decisions for the greater good.

Meetings are incredibly stressful because IC managers will throw their ICs under the bus to deflect responsibility for issues from themselves.
