The majority of adults consume cannabis legally & support legalization. I've never had another employer test for cannabis use.

Malouf Companies: Malouf has so much potential, but they are choosing not to take care of the employees that are working so hard to keep them afloat. I would love to make a career with Malouf - they are fun and have great views. Just remember to not stray from those values!
Simplus: Overall, great experience at Simplus. As we win more larger contracts with our parent company (Infosys), some of the lower to med responsibility roles aren't needed. I'm afraid this may stagnate career progression a bit within the Managed Services side of the house.
