Hoshizaki America: It isn't a bad place to work and make a career out of it. The down fall is the incentive. I feel like we are punished for taking a planned vacation day. I feel like, along with others, that if we plan a day off, we should not be punished by receiving part of our incentive or none at all.

Hoshizaki America: Leadership in efficient lean manufacturing seems to be lacking. Poor decisions have increased operating cost and reduced output. Backorder is out of control. Since of urgency in getting product out the door is lacking. Shifting priorities and direction changes is like trying to hit a moving target.
