Being non racially bias.Stop useing bullieing, intimidation, and fear to manage ,be more personal with all employees not just your favorite employees,Understanding employees have a life outside of Hoshizaki and need to be Understanding of certain situations.
Well in the last 7 years, I have had No disaplanary action in the last 9 months since new Superintendent, that manages by fear & intimidation has made sure disaplanary action was taken against me,without first,a verbal warning.
