Overall Hoshizaki has been very good to me in all ways. The last few month I feel that leader ship sees me as a "long-term employee that is not going anywhere". That is a direct quote from an executive.
There is too much work applied to each person. This results in avoidable errors.
Overall the experience is good.
They are very open to all cultures.
Talking with customers and solving their problems.
steady paychecks are the best part.
All are hardworking and always eager to help.
I just enjoy what I do. Always have.
Leadership team is guiding our company through difficult times.
I trust leadership to continue to grow our company.
Everyone is hardworking and knows what needs to be done.
Leadership is leadership. Questions should not be exactly the same every quarter.
We work together well and help each other out to accomplish our goals.
Generally, everyone is willing to help each other out sharing equipment and parts.
Talking with customer and helping them provide quality service to their Hoshizaki customers.
Everyone knows what needs to be done to make sure we work as a team.
Everyone knows what needs to be done and does their part to ensure our branch's success.
I appreciate the 401K match as well as the profit sharing that is also contributed to the 401K fund.
Honestly when the phone stops ringing so I can focus on getting the daily tasks done with out interuption.
They really stick to their discissions, no matter how they affect negativity affect day to day operations and company moral.
Everyone puts their best effort into everything they do. This can be a challenging environment at times and I appreciate the hard work and dedication that is put into making sure we are successful.
I would feel better if I was being compensated based on my experience in our industry. Being told that there is no negotiating on promotional increase and being offered minimum salary is pretty deflating.
I enjoy working with our customers. For me, when the phone rings or a customer comes in it feels like I am getting to see an old friend. I realize that sounds corny however I truly enjoy working with our customers.
I was given a different title than others in the organization with the same responsibilities. The title assigned to me is warehouse manager. I manage the branch, not just the warehouse and my salary should reflect that as it does others in the same position.
I feel undervalued because because I was given a tittle on my last promotion that allowed my salary to be less than other managers in the same position. I was told that tittle no longer exists however there have been new hires that have received that tittle.
Interacting with our customers. I have worked with many of them for years prior to me coming to work for Hoshizaki and talking with them feels almost like talking with a friend you haven't seen in awhile. Help them solve an issue they are having with parts, or equipment needs. I truly enjoy that.
I feel that calling my position a warehouse manager allowed my offered salary to be on the low end of what my job actually requires. There was no negotiation on salary when accepting new position. It was based on a percentage of what my current pay was and not about fair pay for similar jobs.
