I enjoy working at hoshizaki, and for the most part, have an easy job yet a lot of work. My biggest complaint is that it feels like 2nd shift is missing out on a lot of activities and events that are available to 1st shift which makes us feel like we are not valued nearly as much.
I do not recall getting any compensation package.
Easy to talk to, good workers.
Not much to say that is a major positive.
There really is not a positive work culture or environment.
It is easy to contact them if I ever need any help.
If I have an issue, I can easily address it with either hr or my supervisor.
I enjoy being able to interact with my coworkers and having a variety of different task.
We all get along well and get our work done while have fun interacting with each other.
There is way to much to do on 3rd shift sheet metal, yet no reasonable overtime opportunities, and four 10 hour shift for 3rd shift.
I currently have to many task that are for a higher position in my department, yet I was told that position is unavailable despite the fact that we need another person in that position on my shift in my department.
