upper management need to do a better job planning for today's production or production for the week
As least raised the basic pay up to twenty dollars a hour and then implement a better incentive program
A small percentage of my coworker need to carry their own load and everyone need to be accountable for what they do
the current incentive need to be revise, and the four dollars on the incentive plan need to be permanent per hour
The leadership team should as least asked for the employee opinion on what we as a team can do to make things better
