Kin Insurance: It has been a nightmare. Fearmongering, intimation, and direct threats of retaliation. There is no room for internal advacement. They will sale you false dreams and go external for hiring instead of promoting from within. If you are looking move up thr Underwriting Department is not it.

Crusoe: Initially, the experience was positive; however, as the organization grew, a noticeable hiring bias emerged. This has led to barriers and limited career advancement due to super teams.

Crusoe: It's way too easy to outperform relative to the rest of the company, but nearly impossible to actually get recognized for those impacts. This imbalance quickly leads to disengagement and burn-out. I just don't care any more; I'm just happy to collect a paycheck and go home.

Crusoe: Amazing mission, amazing company, the new 5 day a week in office policy for people who largely need to do heads-down focused work shows a tone deaf attempt of the CEO to get an imaginary result. 5 day a week in office reduced work life balance with no expected productivity result.

Crusoe: Generally happy until the recent announcement of the full time return to office policy. I think this shows a huge disregard & disrespect of working parents, especially those who are already often using their nights & weekends home time to attend to work matters.
Crusoe: Fast paced. Throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. Lack of planning. Lack of effective communication. Hoarding of decision making and information. Key SME's not being engaged or involved.
Crusoe: I love working for Crusoe. I am very proud to be an employee here. With the exception of some of our highest leaders, I feel like the company culture aligns with my own personal goals and beliefs.
