We lack adequate definitions, measurements that are fair but can withstand change, and follow through. Often goals (and similar tasks) reach later stages of life and feel like we're doing them "just because".

ZeroFox: From day one i was welcomed and challenged. I was not left outside and told to survive but i was not handheld as well. Tje self paced environment made it easier to review areas i needed to focus on and burn through those i didnt.
ZeroFox: Since I begin my career at ZeroFox upon college graduation I have met countless great people and found amazing mentors. I have been promoted twice in my two years here and continue to look for ways to grow and further drive value to ZeroFox as a whole.
ZeroFox: My overall experience at ZeroFox has been excellent. The mission-driven culture, collaborative teams, and focus on innovation make it a place where I can contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.
ZeroFox: The closeness of the team
ZeroFox: It has been challenging. Working through adversity has made me a better person. I see plenty of positive in the company to stay here and help make an impact.
ZeroFox: I had the opportunity to advance my role after the acquisition by Haveli and I'm very grateful of that. I enjoy coming to work each day; feel that I'm challenged and provided with opportunities to grow my career. My manager is a fantastic leader and mentor who I value very much.
ZeroFox: Honestly, it’s been a grind but a good one. My managers trust me, the team actually works hard, and I get to own my stuff without anyone breathing down my neck.sometimes
ZeroFox: It's been fine, as a new team we have to endure the lack of established processes which, naturally, can get messy. Not exactly sure that was accounted for in our workload but at least we are all on the same boat.
ZeroFox: Started great but changes to the company and the constant changes to a related department have made things challenging and less enjoyable
ZeroFox: Success speaks for itself, and seeing everyone generally happy to show up to work, as well as the company consistently growing are all things that have given me a lot of peace about working here. Knowing that my leadership has my back and that they understand the working requirements intimately.
ZeroFox: i view zerofox as a great stepping stone, ive been able to learn a lot here, but i dont view it as a long term position. i dont think the compensation is competitive enough
ZeroFox: Make it more relevant to the staff member and their level of IT literacy.
ZeroFox: how everyone is willing to help
ZeroFox: We all worked really hard to take the company public, celebrated the win, and then Foster sold. Feels like there is a lack of direction and culture now. It doesn't feel the same.. feels like at any moment we are going to be sold or that another layoff is coming. We no longer have a great reputation
ZeroFox: Great onboarding and hiring process, but seems there is greater desire to create turn over than invest in current employees as people are fired fairly regularly or threatened with a PIP and there are no opportunities for advancement or development.
ZeroFox: The company has supported my growth over the years and has fostered an environment that is both challenging and rewarding.
ZeroFox: ZeroFox continues to provide the autonomy and authority to have a meaningful impact on the customer experience.
ZeroFox: Still fairly new to the company, but I've told my colleagues that it's been great. Tech is solid and excited to speak to how we can help our clients.
ZeroFox: I have been very happy with my time here, but I think I am also lucky to work on a team that functions well and is staffed with engaged people who are interested in what they do. I don't have much insight into how other teams function.
ZeroFox: Its been great, highly recommend, not seeking another job!
ZeroFox: Wild ride, was first private then went public and now back to private.
ZeroFox: Evolving, as mentioned before, lots of new that is changing into success and stability.
ZeroFox: ZeroFox is the best place I’ve ever worked — a culture of respect, teamwork, and growth. I deeply admire my managers, Fiona Lau and Catherine Mudge,
ZeroFox: I have been in the Fox Den first as a customer, and now as a Fox. I love it here. I wish the pay were more competitive to skills brought to the table. But I believe in the mission, and I believe ZF leadership will come around to meeting my salary requirements
ZeroFox: There has been a lot of change over the years with lots of new faces, goals, and strategies but the people and teams have always been hard-working and friendly.
ZeroFox: Right now we're working all together, globally.
ZeroFox: Overall fine, but noticeably worse since the ZSAT re-org
ZeroFox: Positive with some setbacks and challenges. Learn a lot and produce meaningful work.
ZeroFox: It's been less than a year now I feel like I've been here forever. It's a comfortable atmosphere for me.
