Everyone is very pleasant. We want to do good work but also not burn ourselves out. We compromise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Develop and execute on an actual product and gotomarket strategy. Stop flip flopping on operating costs. Stop bleeding top talent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency in direction; where we are as an organization, where we need to improve. They seem to listen and incorporate feedback. I do really appreciate David's FAQs as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture now kind of sucks. There used to be a pretty collaborative and collective group pointed towards a common goal. Now everyone is working in their own silos and theres more politicking. Skip wants us to all have goals but doesnt provide guidance or hold us accountable to doing the right things
