My team is quick to adapt to changes and updates, they are good team players who step up as required and strive for consistent excellence.

Knowing that the work I do has an indirect impact on the safety of global communities (our customers) brings me happiness to work every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's friendly, collaborative and all-inclusive culture is quite a rarity in the current job market. The efforts taken by management to hear employee's concerns, even at the CEO level, are commendable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic pay itself is pretty low compared to similar jobs in the market, even for entry levels. Increasing at least the basic pay would help with staying motivated to explore more opportunities in the role and company,
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is wonderful at rectifying mistakes, overcoming challenges and tackling urgent as well as non-urgent issues within a couple of hours without halting the production process. My teammates are very approachable and leadership is great at staying on top of the team's needs and concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic pay is much lower than the market rates for similar experience and qualifications. It would be great if compensation can be judged with priority to one's current performance in the company rather than focusing on the number of years spent in the company or previous experiences.
