I have seen our team lose so many excellent team members over the past year that it worries me a bit that there is a lack of focus on retention. (~8 team members have left the team)

I am being paid on the low-end of the salary range for my position and experience compared to similar positions in other companies. I also was told a certain salary range during interview process, then when the job was offered it was $10k less than initially quoted.

I feel I am slightly underpaid for the position across the industry. I took a small pay cut to come to ZeroFox from previous job with same position title. A worthwhile sacrifice ro join such a great team but my attitude could change on this come performance review / pay raise time.
