It has become challenging to work at ZeroFox. I do love the technology. I feel that our processes need to be improved to allow for more speed in resolving challenging situations. The benefits have been subpar for several years. The 401k company match is nice but it is below industry average.

It has been challenging. Working through adversity has made me a better person. I see plenty of positive in the company to stay here and help make an impact.

The team works well with one another. Always willing to help one another.

I feel that I am paid a salary that is competitive with the industry.

The communication has been improved over the past several months. The transparency needs to continue.

I believe they are listening to us. They respect our opinions and set expectations that not everything can be changed.

Our team is always willing to assist one another. We get along and there is plenty of respect among everyone.

I think it is the level of respect within my peers. The fact we all care about one another is huge.

I think that every day is a new challenge. Every interaction internally and externally is an opportunity to make a positive impression.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lack of career path for career growth. Lack of actual training is below industry. The job descriptions are out of date.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive I can say is everyone wants to do what is right for the customer. People care about our customers and prospects being happy.
