Good place to work, love the work culture and the work we do, only place they can improve on is to value their employees by giving them a fair pay. And having more tranparent talks with their employees about growth. I dont see people who actually put effort being valued in the company at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The teams compensation does not align with market standards. Similar roles in other companies offer significantly higher pay, adjusting the compensation would definitely make me feel more valued.

The best thing about the team is how interactive and supportive they are. We openly share and receive constructive feedback, which helps us grow and makes me more confident in the work i do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation paid is way below the market average. Being experienced in the field for 6 years now it feels super undervalued to be getting paid what freshers get paid these days. Worse it feels even hard when you get the best feedback from your manager and then get paid like shit.
