The teams compensation does not align with market standards. Similar roles in other companies offer significantly higher pay, adjusting the compensation would definitely make me feel more valued.

The compensation paid is way below the market average. Being experienced in the field for 6 years now it feels super undervalued to be getting paid what freshers get paid these days. Worse it feels even hard when you get the best feedback from your manager and then get paid like shit.
