I am happy at work when I am able to contribute meaningfully and see the impact of my efforts. Balanced and positive work environment. When I have opportunities to learn, take on new challenges and grow in my role keeps me motivated and happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I would appreciate the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and contribute to a wider range of projects within the team. Considering my consistent performance, responsibilities and the results I delivered, I would like to be considered for a salary increase.
