Pros: I am challenged frequently and have advanced my professional career/skillset. Cons - since the Haveli transaction. I feel less connected to the Company and my fellow employees. This is driven by the lack of an in-office presence in Baltimore, especially amongst the executive leadership

I had the opportunity to advance my role after the acquisition by Haveli and I'm very grateful of that. I enjoy coming to work each day; feel that I'm challenged and provided with opportunities to grow my career. My manager is a fantastic leader and mentor who I value very much.

Working on cross-functional projects. Seeing the development and professional growth of my direct reports and being able to recognize them for that.

The commitment to transparency from the CEO and CFO/COO. The CFO/COO excels at communicating the financial health of the organization at town hall events. I also appreciate the "Ask David Anything" forum and David's willingness engage in that effort.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being challenged by new opportunities, seeing the professional growth in my team members and enabling them to take on new assignments that allow for this growth, and working on projects that require me to work with other departments of the business (outside my function).
