
so far i did have fun meeting people but i feel underachieved for the most part
I think sometimes it can be misleading how they talk about the jobs and sometimes the workload isn't there plus its just a repeat everytime
they always help me no matter what
some appreciation form or work would be good
not much too say about this
they are making sure to guide me whenever they can
i always like the fun activities they provide at work
its not a large team but my co workers are nice
there are events that I take part in which I enjoy
I guess a monthly appreciation towards us that can help us be motivated
well my team is pretty small with just 3 members but until now they are nice and always helpful
certain things are amazing but the work pay just seems too less for the amount of work we do
innovation for the most part happens with higher ups I wish they would include other members especially when the team is small
it just feels difficult to go to work some days, maybe if better incentives were to push and do work it would help
most of the time the work seems to be very monotonous in nature and if there are way to changes things to make it more interactive then the work pay increase can justified more easily
