Their honesty when joining the company after a tumultuous exit of the previous leadership

Learning new things and being useful for others and for the company's general purpose

The ones that care about their job, really care about it and want to do it as good as possible.

There are a lot of smart people around me; makes me want to be better just to catch up with them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The promotion and compensation cycle is broken. Teammates that don't have the willingness to improve. Lack of competitive benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The evaluation and compensation process is broken. I joined in November 2022 and I wasn't part of the 1st compensation improvement cycle by 1 week. On the second cycle, I only got a 5% raise. And on the third one, I was informed about the promotion, but not about the compensation update.
