Technically, there is nothing exciting to work on here, as the tasks are repetitive and the same work is done every day. This limits opportunities to gain new knowledge or develop skills. Additionally, the compensation is not sufficient considering the lack of challenges and growth opportunities.

My team works towards providing the best quality and is responsible for triaging the incoming cases efficiently and accurately.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It would be beneficial if the company could provide certifications/ training programs related to cybersecurity to help employees enhance their knowledge & skills. In past five years, I haven’t received any certification opportunities from the company

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The work has got too stressful due to managing different works, as we leads need to manage team, work on reports, work on QC as well. We are supposed to manage the QC part here after, but the pay is as basic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Seems to be a noticeable pay gap b/w the experienced analysts & newly hired employees with similar experience. It would be beneficial for the leadership team to review this for fairness.Employees with more experience and long-term service (5+ years) are not receiving any additional perks/recognition

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I working here with five years of experience continue to receive comparatively low pay, and there are no additional perks or benefits in place. Although this issue has been highlighted several times, there has been no visible improvement yet. Salary pay is too low.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not paid as per the experience, even if promoted to TL position, haven't received any hike in my pay. But the work load is too high for the same pay. There is no bonus from the company even if we complete 5 years. They don't value the employees efforts. Quaterly bonus also deducted from CTC only.
