ThirdLove: Unprofessional and disorganized. Customer service agents aren't allowed to go against policy even if it's in the best interest for the customer, but if the customer screams loud enough, management will bend over backward for them then scold us for not making the customer happy.

Health IQ: PR and customer service...they refuse to return your calls !!! If they do call at all they will not leave a message as to the reason for the call !! Whom ever is training these employees need to be trained themselves. It is obvious that this company and its CEO only cares about money not the clients
Vudu: Customer service. When I try calling, the call gets dropped after about 15 minutes on hold. My chat request, left open out of morbid curiosity, has been waiting for a live agent for over two weekdays straight.

uBreakiFix: Laptop: ubreakifix tried to fix it 3 times to no avail, then shipped it to Asurion, twice, still not fixed. It is only 2 years old. Techs must not be good, Asurion is a rip off.

IMVU: Inequality among IMVU users, rules aren't applied to every user in the same way, some creators lose their shops for false DMCA cases and other creators who are real thieves have their shops open and running. It all depends on whether the person has connections to IMVU Staff or not.

They evicted 3 people from the apartment complex that I live without giving support and now they live on the street. They closed the office & mail service during the pandemic and there is no way to forward from a business
