EnsembleIQ: Workload is large and execution of it feels unnoticed, but it's also because it feels like the same is true for leadership so it's understandable. Perhaps too much attention to the numbers causes this. But overall the experience is good but the pressure is very high.
EnsembleIQ: I love working for EIQ. I have never worked for a company that cares so much for their Employees. I dont feel just a number out of hundreds of employess. There is more a sense of family in this company. Employees are actually valued for their contribution and are recognized.

EnsembleIQ: The most glaring problem at EIQ is the lack of a 401k match. it demonstrates a lack of investment in employees. Many of these questions were inapplicable. There should be an option for "I don't know". I felt forced to choose an incorrect response just to mark something.

EnsembleIQ: Beginning a new job during a pandemic and quarantine was difficult, but there are a lot of HR practices in place to connect employees and make it feel less isolating. Monthly meetings about how the compay is doing also helps us feel connected and like we are all working toward common goals.
EnsembleIQ: It's been wonderful. Having a company that merges with others can be scary but I always feel supported and respected by my coworkers.

EnsembleIQ: Personally, I feel that since we have had the Covid problem and have had to work from home, we have had no communication whatsoever in regards to any type of compensation for rent, electricity, furniture or items needed to work in a healthy way. Some of us are now to work permanently from home.

TruHearing: Overall, TruHearing is a good company to work for, however, employee satisfaction varies greatly by department. The marketing department ranks lowest year over year because of poor communication, micromanagement, and a total lack of accountability of the leadership team.

TruHearing: Overall TruHearing is a good company to work for. The satisfaction of employees vary greatly by department however. The marketing department consistently ranks lowest year over year. Middle management struggle to clearly communicate project objectives, and dont value the expertise of employees.
