EnsembleIQ: Workload is large and execution of it feels unnoticed, but it's also because it feels like the same is true for leadership so it's understandable. Perhaps too much attention to the numbers causes this. But overall the experience is good but the pressure is very high.

EnsembleIQ: Beginning a new job during a pandemic and quarantine was difficult, but there are a lot of HR practices in place to connect employees and make it feel less isolating. Monthly meetings about how the compay is doing also helps us feel connected and like we are all working toward common goals.

EnsembleIQ: Personally, I feel that since we have had the Covid problem and have had to work from home, we have had no communication whatsoever in regards to any type of compensation for rent, electricity, furniture or items needed to work in a healthy way. Middle management struggle to clearly communicate project objectives, and dont value the expertise of employees.
