Lob: Overall happy with my experience. This is the only startup I've been a part of that has invested this much in HR and establishing a culture and it shows. Biggest con really is around the CEO, he clearly cares more about his other startup. Other leadership seems invested in us, which I appreciate.
Cargas Systems: A once great company that has grown too fast and let their culture/values take a back seat. Its a revolving door now.
MWW PR: super toxic, you will be subjected to bullying and harassment. The CEO and senior leadership are among the worst I've experienced in my entire career.
Lattice: Lattice is a joke in so many levels. They cannot even get their own recruiting and goal setting right, so why would any enterprise use them? Investors, you are pretty far off the mark. Hope its a good write off on your taxes.

uBreakiFix: I tried to explain to the manager why the phone was not fixed. He did not want to hear. Samsung helped in the final fix.
Ridecell: Ridecell has presented me with so many opportunities to grow, try new things I couldn't do before at larger companies, make an impact every day with the service I put forth, and go to sleep feeling fulfilled at the end of each day. The overall experience has been amazing.

However, it's had downsides, too---many good friends have left, and I'm not sure if it was because of something missing here or more pay/opportunities somewhere else. We always talk about recruiting, but not retention. :(

Firestone Complete Auto Care: Customer relations should be revamped altogether. I tried to payoff my account balance of $779.75 by credit card, and was denied because because I refused to pay $4.95 service fee. It all came down to why should be charged a fee in order to use my credit card? It was not about the amount, but why?
Sproutt: It is an honor to work for a company that prioritizes an inclusive culture and consitently seeks oppurtunities to improve. Our CEO takes time to meet with everyone and encourgages his teams to voice their ideas and/or concerns. The integrity of this organization is second to none.

Working Solutions: Training does not fully prepare you. When ever there is an issue all you get from management is a text book answer. On payday the funds do not arrive in your bank account until the end of payday. Bogus "no show" hours are deducted daily which you don't get paid for and count against you.
Firestone Complete Auto Care: Customer service. It seems the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I find it challenging dealing with Firestone!!!

Instawork: There's been lots of hick ups as far as the app working, I believe the award statues does not show the work ethic and character of a worker. Sometimes I have to cancel shifts last minute and I shouldn't be so severely reprimanded for it. That's why back ups are on the "join waiting list"
