Canva: Canva is nice and very easy to use. However, this is a Freemium app that's why i understand the limit.
Groq: Remote start is a challenge. I did have a buddy to work with but not getting a chance to meet people is a drag. I'm happier than I was in my previous place, but my level of overall happiness is at best at 50% of of the max experienced throughout my carrier.

The requirements of every project mutate every time you talk to him about said project. He's a great guy. Wants to do right by his employees but compensation is poor.

Groq: When I started, I was very excited. But my start seemed a bit rougher than usual, receiving little help from crucial teammates, and wasn't heard by my manager. That has improved a great deal. What kept me here throughout were the brilliant and kind people. Like being back and grad school.

Okcoin: This company suspended my account with thousands worth of Crypto without any notice. Contacted their ticketing service and received no reply. The platform itself is good, rewards always change for staking so beware.

Directives coming from the executive level are unclear and poorly organized. Greedy corporate culture that serves only the top executives and views all others as completely expendable.
10up: Great team, know how to work distributed and good culture
QBE: The company in personal lines is in crisis. Constant computer issues, they ask for your suggestions you make, but it goes in one ear and out the other. I did not enjoy the management team and the politics that went on. Discrimination, disrespect, and favoritism play a major part.
BuyerLink: The team has the best intentions and overall has a really strong offering. There needs to be a bigger focus on process and people.
Groq: The product is exciting and the idea of growth is motivating but growth opportunities are limited and take a long time to get approved. The approval process for a lot of things at the company are long and tend to get postponed which lowers morale. Comp is not always at the level of employee's work.
GoFormz: Fantastic place to work...and I've been at a lot of places claiming to be. Management open to ideas and very accommodating. Excellent work/life balance. Cool product too so that makes it worth while as well.
