need to be acceptable to their independent contractors. there is no way to contact anyone on a phone and no one is responsible for mistakes
i feel that somehow there was a mistake in a system and my shopper account with a customer rating of 4.8 has been deactivated because my customer rating remained below the minimum standard of service which is 4.7. Which is nonsense. And the company doesn't reply to my emails about this matter
