I liked how laid-back the interview process was and how it felt more like a conversation, rather than an interrogation. I felt heard, understood, and wanted.

I have not had much interaction with the entire SDC team, but have loved working with my Grand Rapids team, especially with Shop Manager, Jenna Berry! She is personable, wanting the best for every person she interacts with. She motivates me to give each and every person an unforgettable experience.
