
My experience at SWCA has been an amazing one. One of the best companies and leadership team I have worked for. I truly enjoy learning from the HR team. I take pride and relate to SWCA's core values.
The leadership team genuinely cares about the employees. Not just as employees but as individuals. They are very welcoming as well.
I am especially excited about the ESOP offered at SWCA. Once vested into the program, it will become beneficial for retirement.

Accomplishments and helping the employees with HR related questions. Employees come to HR for advice and expertise (sometimes at stressful times) and when we can help relieve that stress and provide guidance it is very rewarding.

The culture is welcoming but focused. The culture is focused on the company goals and accomplishing them giving the team reason to be at work. The environment is also comfortable in that all employees are helpful and supportive of one another professionally and personally.

The leadership team is dedicated to the mission of the company. The team is also dedicated to each other and those employed at SWCA. The company understands the greatest assets to SWCA is the team (employees) and without them SWCA could not accomplish the goals and mission established.
I do not have the privilege of utilizing the compensation package yet, as I am currently an HR intern. I think the best part about the compensation package is the medical and educational reimbursement. The company invests in their employees so they can invest in their careers and the future of SWCA.
