The semi-annual and spot bonuses are a really nice add on to base pay. I also love our annual ESOP allocations! The 6% of pay that has been deposited over the past few years really adds up in my retirement.

Our compensation team is working hard to compare our compensation to the external market and addresses needs when they arise to make adjustments to pay. We also have regular bonuses and spot bonuses used to recognize work above and beyond the normal day to day duties.
Our Gives Back core value is what I love the most about the company! The office locations are able to plan events to "give back" to their communities and the company matches funds that are raised during the events. The impact we have across the country is real and not just lip service!!
I have the ability to work around personal challenges that I have with a child that has special needs. SWCAs work options allow me to adjust my hours to when I might need to get to a therapy appt. or other event for my child. It is not frowned upon when I need extra time away from my desk.
