Commitment to allowing employees flexibility for setting their own hours, working remotely, distributed, ect. I think that management has been great at allowing for workers to decide how they work best and have an optimal work/life balance
The culture and people SWCA attracts are fun and knowledgeable. Many are here because of a dedication and passion to their field and wanting to work at a firm that takes those disciplines seriously. I can learn many things and enjoy spending time with colleauges.
My position at similar size firms or larger firms pay significantly more with more PTO benefits, 401k match, full tuition coverage ect. I stay with SWCA for flexibility and have a partner who can help cover bills. The people that I know who have left SWCA have left strictly because of pay/benefits.
