Blake, cares about my opinion and trust my skills as a CAD designer. I feel like he cares about my work life balance, and he is mindful to not over load me with work.

They clearly communicate their needs; in turn it makes my job much easier. When they have redlines, they are clear but also before they send them over, we have a quick 5-10 min call to review them which makes it much easier to understand.
