because there are no infringe benefits for support groups. because the salaries of the majority of the experts are still below 18k. because of my co-worker's work ethics and habits. because some managers/directors are hard to deal with.
provide allowance to support groups, e.g. rice, meals, transpo. provide xmas gifts so that employees could bring something for their families, e.g. ham, xmas baskets increase the salary of customer experts. 16k-18k is the salary a decade ago. re-evaluate the annual increase rating. 2%-6% is very low
