I love the easy approach with some leaders (managers, above is impossible), and the kindness of all of the. All of them are happy to have a word with you and assist you in anything you need. Also I love the serious gender diversity culture.
Then need URGENTLY to meet and know better their operations people and lower teams. It's easy to point someone without knowing the context or the enormous efforts on keeping the operations team together. Personally, they have NEVER step on their operations floors, or i have never seen them there.
UNBELIEVABLE that we as HRBP (HR Coordinators), earn less than an operations agent (2 steps higher on hierarchy), understanding that we are the ones that face the angry collabs, avoid sues, control rotation, etc. Nowadays, an agent earns at least 2k more than us, hitting well their performance.
