What are some of the best things about your team?

Compassionate, inspiring and passionate people. But sometimes have the tendency to treat me as a mule.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Easy-going, friendly group of people invested in you and the shared success of the company. Caring. Open-minded.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I feel overworked and undervalued despite going above and beyond. My coworkers thank me/give me praise but we're already jumping onto the next project for that positive encouragement to actually feel validating.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm an AC who's the storyteller on 2 of my 3 accounts. This is arguably my primary responsibility. If I'm doing the work of a Senior Consultant, I should be compensated as such - or at least be given a title change.
