Friendly, helpful, and motivated. Everyone at Esri is good at what they do and cares about supporting their peers, answering questions, and working collaboratively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Questions are encouraged. Nobody hordes information. Friendly, hard-working peers. Managers support and recognize the need for work/life balance (dr appoints, kids are sick, etc.)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is open to feedback, and generally cares about the staff as people. The work/life balance and ability to use fringe benefits are high.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free health care, PTO is pretty solid and if I have 1.5 months of VACA saved up, I can use it without anyone batting an eye.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our healthcare plan is amazing as are the intangible benefits of working for Esri (everyone works hard when on the clock, but excessive hours and 24/7 focus on work is not required).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Esri cares about the success of their peers and their customers. Staff are valued as people, rather than merely employees. Leadership is understanding of personal needs and "real life" impacts on work.
