I really enjoy the people I work with every day. They are a great group of people and we all work really well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Esri employees are so helpful. It's part of the culture. Everyone is willing to share expertise, provide information and support, or point you in the right direction. It's a group of smart, competent people really intent on helping each other succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's collaborative and goal oriented. Team members work together really well to achieve common goals. People work hard, but everyone is supportive and does their part to get things done, and every member of the team matters and makes critical contributions.
