What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again I would say the collaboration and encouragement to learn and grow. Plenty of opportunities for training and understanding the technology across our platform. Lots of networking opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are truly open to feedback and consistently strive to find ways to incorporate employee feedback into their decision-making processes. While the team I work on is customer-facing and we are a customer service-focused organization, they treat me and the other employees as their customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare package compares to no other company I have come across. Some folks don't always see the value in this, but you never know what can happen. I unexpectedly wound up in the hospital, and along with my FSA, I wound up spending $100 instead of almost $30,000.00 in bills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps everyone. Collaboration is a key value in the company culture. If you talk to someone and they don't have the answers, they will help you find someone who does. My manager is extremely approachable and makes time to help me move forward. We all encourage each other to grow.
