My overall experience has been great so far. I really enjoy the cafe and the beauty of the campus. It is also super nice that they offer the two day hybrid to allow a little bit of flexibility to those with long commutes or for people who need a little more introversion to build up that energy again
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall the experience has been great. There have been some benefits that have been removed that have required an adjustment and it has effected my work life balance. Other than those though the overall experience has been good.

The free health care is the best benefit by far.

Very friendly and willing to help and listen and problem solve

Everyone is super friendly and didnt hesitate to introduce themselves and break the ice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even in an entry level role they still are friendly and interested in your opinions and insights.
What makes you most happy at work?
If i get stuck on a project, everyone is so willing to jump in and help out.

They do a great job at working for the best interest of the company while keeping the employees in mind.

They are all super friendly, which makes it that much easier to be able to asked questions or for guidance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouraged to take walks and take in the campus, not competitive or cut throat. Genuinely cultivating personal and career development and growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free health care is probably the best perk, or the hybrid work environment. The office is gorgeous but it is super nice to be able to dodge the commute twice a week. Helps save on gas and time.
