Esri is a great place to work. I have been able to grow professionally and personally. The technology the company builds is amazing, but the biggest asset the company has is the people. We are surrounded by very talented individuals who are happy to share their knowledge.

My contributions really help better the world. I feel proud of what the technology helps to achieve and how my contributions are part of it.

My team is the best! They are knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with others. Responsive. Very reliable and always supportive. I could not ask for a better team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How close they are to daily operations. Their understanding of the issue we face is critical in quickly providing targeted responses. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and AVAILABLE. I could not ask for better managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Esri gives employees the opportunity to become what they want to be. Access to upper management is easy and direct.
