The work is challenging and exciting. It is one of the best companies for work/life balance. Because the company's attrition rate is so low, we know our colleagues and their families very well. We don't identify our colleagues as just employees but as moms/dads/adventurers/gamers, etc.

A friendly, welcoming atmosphere for new and old members. My colleagues will be willing to help anytime.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is compassionate and practical when deciding release dates. Releases are scheduled to avoid popular vacation days such as spring break, holidays etc.
