Esri has a very welcoming and inclusive culture with a vision to use our software and products to improve the world we live in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together and are good at what they do and enjoy working here. They make coming to work something to look forward to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that we are paid for all the hours we work. Work harder = get paid more. Esri also has fair annual merit raises and profit sharing is fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Esri embody the company's vision and care about us as employees. It's not perfect, nowhere is, but I more valued as an employee here than just about anywhere else I have worked.
