It was great at the beginning but after COVID the company leadership is less connected and it feels more you are a number on a table rather than a employee thriving to make the user and company successful together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care about the users and customers in all levels.

What makes you most happy at work?

When we get things done and the user is happy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We work to help the user at all cause for the greater good.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Been more responsible for their duties and been there for the team, in general been a team player without and not pointing fingers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not everyone that do the same job has the same positions and causes unnecessary tensions and managers need to be evaluating in the same standards instead of certain people. Also no compensation or loyalty for years in the company, making one feel underappreciated.
