What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team generally allows us to do our work without excess interference, putting trust in our abilities and management of time and resources.

What makes you most happy at work?

Diving into a project and learning about new topics - sharing with our users how to leverage our tools and layers to solve problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People who work here are generally here because they feel passionate about the work we do at Esri. This positivity in purpose permeates the culture and environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Esri has historically underpaid its employees. Given my contributions to the company over many years, including building the foundation for an entire product and team, I feel under-compensated.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team are extremely talented with varied strengths and abilities - across the board, we can usually meet any project challenge that comes our way. They're also good people who I enjoy being around.
