They care and are trying but sure they fully understand the impact on the customer facing employees who try and attract clients to FMB... they need to understand the front facing challenges and provide realistic solutions.

My business line is great- They are still coming together and working on streamline the process. I like that they all have my back. I can go out into the world and they will back my decisions with our customers.
