Managers actually listen and interviewee does the most talking. They really want to get to know who they are interviewing
We lost most of experienced people. New guys, even if some really try, just don't have sufficient experience for their roles
To accept new ideas. To stop doing the same over and over without questioning why. Replace leaders who are there just for the time, not for the knowledge, with good leaders.
