Pretty good until about 5 years ago. Now the leadership is clueless and directionless. Is it an aerospace company? Is it a software company? Lots of toxic departments led by uninspired people.

Honestly committed to doing a great job, in spite of uninspired leadership and mediocre, sub-market compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting a clear direction and working to actually INSPIRE good work. Reward good workers with something better than the antiquated 9-block and the mythical career ladder.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Almost nothing. The "behavioral interview" using stock and boring questions is over-emphasized and leaves little opportunity for the candidate to talk about his/her achivements and contributions.
