To accept new ideas. To stop doing the same over and over without questioning why. Replace leaders who are there just for the time, not for the knowledge, with good leaders.

Compensation is competitive as is benefits package. Oppty for advancement is flat and promotional oppty.

Too many people in too many time zones for everyone to attend meetings.
