The first 15 years or so were difficult at times, mainly due to terrible managers. I finally got into a group with a great manager and that has made a world of difference. It is sad this company employs such horrible managers and lets it go on and on.

Valuing people - their different skillsets and perspectives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to truly value their employees and want us to volunteer and do good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been at this company a long time and I feel like I should be in a higher position after all of this time. Areas of the company seem to reward people with promotions that don't appear to deserve it, while others are doing great work, and often don't get a raise to keep up with inflation.
