We worked like dogs for the last 4 years, often at 12-14 hrs/day. But in the last year, I've been able to cut that back to 10 hrs/day. I almost missed my kids' high school experience but I'm thankful I was able to see some of it the past 6 months. This is a great company and I'm glad to stay on.

Everything got better after Jennifer Lemming left. I still work 11-12 hours a day, but hoping that will get better in 2023.

My boss cares about me. Leadership makes good strategic decisions. There's been more attention lately on flashiness over results.

1) Salary, 2) medical benefits, 3) PTO, 4) 24 hours of CARES hours generates $500 for charity of my choice

the pay itself is the best part. i wish the health coverage were better. can regular workers buy RELX stock? it doesn't appear to be the case.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can express what i think is the right thing to do and have an interactive conversation about it with my manager. My former manager would frequently talk over me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1) PTO-paid time off. 2) Option to work from home. Other notes: I wish we had a pension plan. I see text on the stock purchase plan, but no way to get started.

1) Jennifer Lemming is gone. 2) Option to work from home and go into an office. 3) Environment where we can speak our mind, grow as a leader, and do what we think is right.
