Supportive, flexible, willing, and accommodating

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Forward thinking, anticipating macro-economic trends which leads to not having knee-jerk reactions (and layoffs!).

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Successful communication. Constant reinforcement of the goals, the objectives, and the progress against those as a business.

I love my team. They are all diverse and engaged. It brings a different quality to work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is committed, forward-thinking, and approachable. They are clear in setting their objectives and flexible to pivot when times are tough.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone from my direct manager to leadership TALKS about work/life balance. There's a real effort to TRY and minimize work overload. That's not always possible though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better total comp, comparative with industry standards. Better and more cost-effective health benefits. Gym membership subsidies - since health seems to be a focus for our RELX Sharecare site. Higher matching on 401k like we used to.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The data is readily available (through LinkedIn communications and contacts), but our HR Leadership team lags constantly when asked to evaluate comp / market rates. I personally have had offers for at least 20% more for the same role/title, with better benefits and bonus structures as well.
