In my role, I'm enjoying what I do and that my manager/team have been very supportive in developing my professional attributes. The company has also been very mindful of our office/WFH situation and has been handled well. There's always things that could be improved, but overall I'm satisfied.

Friendly, approachable and would be comfortable talking to them about work, as well as personal discussions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've researched and compared compensation of the same/similar roles and unfortunately LNRS are at the lower end - this was the case prior to applying at LNRS initially. I believe matching or at least being at the market average for similar positions would be fair.
