I love the people and morals of everyone. There are basic issues rudimentary guidelines that we just don't follow that is wrong. WE are a data and analytics company, yet dont understand having 1 definition of a Sales Opp to gauge marketing ROI. how can you measure success if you dont have a baseline

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although they have no bandwidth and are juggling many balls in the air, regardless of how menial my questions are they always take the time to point me in the right direction or answer where they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity, not the D&I initiatives but the diversity in peoples background and knowledge coming from the acquisitions and having groups that marketed one way as best practice come together with others best practice to bring the best of both worlds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are human and it is ok to not know everything and you don't have to be perfect as long as you try to be better and learn where you can and are self motivated to grow you will have any and all support you could ask for. Everyone is open for questions no matter what.
